About the project

Borodach is one of the largest barbershop chains in Russia. To register clients for services, the guys used Yclients, which is not entirely flexible and convenient in terms of expanding functionality.

Our task was to develop an application with modern design for iOS and Android platforms that will connect the client and the barbershop.

Main screen

All the most important tools are located here: making an appointment, viewing the latest promotions and offers from the barbershop, as well as demonstration of popular products.

Making an appointment

The network has more than 150 branches. Each branch has its own specifics, for example, some branches do not allow you to skip the barber selection step or have special conditions for a loyalty program.

Our interface allows you to make an appointment easily, taking into account the specifics of any branch.
An important advantage is the function of calling the barber to a home. Depending on the user's address, available barbers are shown within a radius of ten kilometers. This allows to optimize the barbers work and reduce customers waiting. We managed to implement this function with practically no extra expenses due to the competent application architecture.

Online store

The application presents an online cosmetics store for men. Now you can make a purchase not leaving the application.

Cashback

We expanded the functionality of the service by adding the function of receiving cashback for services.

Tip

Care not only for customer loyalty, but also for employees: application users can leave a tip to barbers.

Support Chat

To be able to consult or resolve emerging issues online is the norm today. Therefore, we conducted an analysis and settled on choosing a ready-made solution for the chat support. This helped to save about a million rubles in relation to a self-written solution.

Summary

The members of the working group are experts. This helped to build trust between us, which contributed to productive work.

We continue to work on improving the application and developing other products together with the Borodach team.
